The Slanted Seat Check Valve has a mesh disc closure with the disc rotating around the rocker axis and offset from the seat surface. When the valve disc is turned down, it closes when it is in close contact with the valve seat, and when it is opened, the valve disc rises from the valve seat. Because the movement track of the center of gravity of the entire valve disc is only between the fully open and closed positions, and the stroke is very short, the swash plate check valve closes quickly.

Features of Slanted Seat Check Valve:
1. The impact phenomenon of the check valve is caused by the fact that the valve disc of the valve does not reach the closed position before the fluid flows back. The Slanted Seat Check Valve closes quickly because the disc travels a short distance, so it reaches the seat quickly, minimizing slamming.
2. Slanted Seat Check Valve is suitable for preventing backflow of fluid on horizontal or vertical pipelines. On vertical pipelines, or pipelines with any inclination from horizontal to vertical, these check valves are only suitable for pipelines where the medium is flowing upwards.
3. The Slanted Seat Check Valve operates automatically. It opens under fluid flow pressure and closes under gravity. Seat sealing load and tightness are related to back pressure. If the flow pressure is not sufficient to support the valve in an open, stable position, the disc and other moving parts will continue to vibrate.
