The disc of the Rubber Lining Butterfly Valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipe. In the cylindrical channel of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis of the valve stem, and the rotation angle is between 0° and 90°. When it rotates to 90°, the valve is in a fully open state. This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline.

Purpose of Rubber Lining Butterfly Valve:
Rubber Lining Butterfly Valve adopts PTFE-lined butterfly plate with spherical sealing surface. The valve is easy to operate, has tight sealing performance and long service life; it can be used for quick cut off or flow regulation. Suitable for applications requiring reliable sealing and good regulation characteristics. The valve body adopts a split type, and the seal at both ends of the valve shaft is controlled by the rotating base surface between the butterfly plate and the valve seat plus fluorine rubber; to ensure that the valve shaft does not contact the fluid medium in the cavity.
Rubber Lining Butterfly Valve is widely used in the transportation of liquid and gas (including steam) in various types of industrial pipelines, and occasions where there are severe corrosive media, such as: sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, chlorine, strong alkali, aqua regia and other highly corrosive media.
